XVII Workshop on Management and Operation of Networks and Services

Objectives

The Workshop on Management and Operation of Networks and Services (WGRS) is an event promoted by the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC). It aims to provide a space for the presentation of research and relevant activities in the area of management and operation of networks and services. Thus, the event contributes to the integration of the Brazilian community of researchers and professionals working in this area. In addition, the WGRS also serves as a forum for the presentation and discussion of solutions used by providers and users of network management systems.

The XVIIth Workshop on Management and Operation of Networks and Services (WGRS 2012) will be held during the XXX Symposium on Computer Networks (SBRC 2012), on April 30, 2012, in Ouro Preto, MG.

Topics of Interest

Authors are invited to submit research papers, experimental results and developments which include topics from the following list, which is not exhaustive:

Submission Process

The submission of papers will be exclusively electronic through the JEMS. Authors should access the URL https://submissoes.sbc.org.br for submitting their work. Articles may be written in Portuguese or English. Each paper is limited to 14 pages, including abstract, figures, diagrams, bibliography and appendices. Entries must be submitted only in PDF and must be formatted following faithfully the standard articles of SBC, which is available at Template SBC.

Important: At least one author of each article selected must register at the SBRC and WGRS as well as attend the event to present it.
